The Arts & Culture Trust (ACT) seeks Communications and Marketing Co-ordinator
The Arts and Culture Trust has been actively serving the arts and culture sector in all nine provinces of South Africa for 28 years. The main purpose is to increase the capacity of arts and culture initiatives thereby creating sustainable futures, through the development and investment in innovative, sustainable projects and programmes.
Based in Braamfontein, Johannesburg the ACT is calling dynamic, self-motivated, experienced marketers who are pro-active and solution-driven to join their small, vibrant team in the role of Communications and Marketing Co-ordinator on a six month contract from April to September 2022. This hybrid contractual ACT position requires working independently and as part of a team, sharing the ACT’s passion for arts and culture.
Reporting to the ACT CEO, this position involves the management of all digital, marketing and communications activities for the Trust including strategic marketing planning and implementation; content creation; social media networks, copywriting; media and PR campaigns; production of marketing materials; reporting, analysis and statistical data; database management; event planning and management; presentations and website administration.
